WHEN WE SHIP
The Products ordered via the Site will be shipped within 2 days following receipt of payment, via express courier with delivery within the following 24/48 hours. You can request that the shipment be made to an address other than your personal address or billing address by selecting the relevant option during purchase.
We do not deliver products to PO Boxes.
Please take into consideration that:

• Delivery times are given for indicative purposes only, and do not take into consideration possible delays resulting from the payment authorization procedure.
• Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We cannot change the destination of Orders once the products have been shipped.

SHIPPING FEES
For orders above €200, shipping costs are included. Below this amount they will be equal to €15.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Shipping costs for shipped Orders include VAT and include all costs relating to delivery of the Order to the indicated address. However, customs clearance costs or other customs procedures for countries outside the European common market (for example Switzerland) are expressly excluded.

DELIVERY STATUS
The bicycles arrive 99% assembled, packaged inside a sturdy box. For transport purposes, only the pedals and handlebars are dismantled. Assembly takes about 15 minutes following the instructions in the booklet and no particular experience is required. Before driving, you must read the instruction booklet.
