Recall campaign

Dear Customer,
As you know, our e-bikes have always stood out on the market for their quality and reliability, offering not just a simple bicycle, but a safe and satisfying travel companion.
In our desire to continue ensuring maximum safety and complete customer satisfaction, we have decided to proceed, for the first time since the inception of the Brinke brand, with a preventative recall of one of our e-bikes.

The recall, which concerns a batch of 169 Paris bikes with serial numbers between ZF600503 and ZF600911, is entirely voluntary, as no concrete problems have arisen. However, we have valid reasons for deeming it appropriate to recall the entire batch in order to avoid any future risks. The risk arises from a possible fracture of the frame in the area where the monotube opens near the pedals.

To ensure maximum safety and avoid any potential risks, we ask all owners of Paris bikes belonging to the indicated lot to immediately stop using their bikes. We encourage users to contact our office immediately to arrange for their bike to be picked up.
