The editorial staff of milanodabere.it tested the City eBike for a few weeks Elysee Evo Alivio
experiencing the pleasure of moving through Milanese traffic on our ebike !
Impressed by the excellent performance and the true pleasure of pedaling found during use, in the months of June
and July have published several articles with Elysee Evo Brinke protagonist: "Discovering Leonardo's places on the e-bike" , "Cydaling is a walk on the back of a Brinke" , "Riding a Brinke e-bike to discover the preparations for Milan Pride" .
Elisabetta Pina is the journalist who has personally lived the experience of using our City eBike
to carry out your editorial services, we therefore asked you some questions:
1 . Hi Elisabetta and thank you for your availability, the first question that comes to me spontaneously
is: “ Was it your first time on an ebike? ”
“ Yes, it was my first time riding an electric bicycle. I had never thought about it before being
I am an "old school" cyclist still riding an old 1991 bike. I must say that I appreciated the
advantages of pedaling in the city with an e-bike, compared to my glorious and peeling man's bike..”
2. What benefits have you gained from cycling on the Elysee Evo Brinke in terms of mobility?
electricity in your daily life?
“ Pedal assistance allows you to sprint lightly at traffic lights, which doesn't happen
with mine, and to have a rather constant speed. Furthermore, I had the perception that also
other vehicles perceived me as a faster presence in the city and I sensed that
was given more "respect". Milan is a mostly flat city so there isn't much to do
"work" gear therefore an electric bike allows you to whiz around the city with great
serenity."
3. How long have you used it this month and how often?
“I used it for a few days, to do some tours for the editorial staff. Sure you pedal, but
without sweating too much and without getting out of breath!”
4. In terms of urban handling, what would you say?
“As mentioned above, the Brinke ebike gave me a sense of security, both in terms of stability and
for the shot and also for how it is perceived in traffic by cars and motorbikes.”
6. Advice for Milanese citizens but not only....?
“Dear citizens of Milan, it's time to leave the car at home. In fact, don't buy it at all. Viva
bikes, electric ones even more so!”
All we have to do is join the invitation by adding... the Brinke ebikes even better!
Thanks Elisabetta Pina...see you soon!
